One integrated security program. Physical protection, protective intelligence, executive protection, cyber risk, and 24/7 monitoring delivered under a single engagement, a single point of accountability, and a single operating plan built around your organization's risk profile.
Most organizations end up with security by accident. A guard vendor for the lobby, a camera company for cameras, a cyber firm for monitoring, a consultant who wrote a report two years ago, and an executive protection provider the CEO uses when flying. Each one does their piece. Nobody owns the whole picture.
Our Managed Security Services Provider program solves that. Head of Security becomes your outsourced security function, operating as one integrated program across physical, protective intelligence, executive, and cyber domains. One plan. One team. One number to call when something goes wrong.
The MSSP program is organized around four operational pillars. Each one is a full capability in its own right, and all four are coordinated under one program plan.
The MSSP program scales with your risk profile, organizational size, and internal security maturity. Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a tier selection. These levels show the general shape of what we deliver.
The MSSP program is built for organizations that have outgrown vendor-by-vendor security and need a single integrated program without building a full internal security department.
An MSSP engagement is a relationship, not a transaction. The onboarding process is designed to build that relationship correctly from the start.
Plenty of firms offer managed services. Very few actually integrate across physical, protective intelligence, executive, and cyber. That integration is the reason the MSSP model works.
Same team, same leadership, same plan across all four pillars. Most providers call themselves integrated while running separate operational silos.
Former Marine Corps infantry, retired Chicago PD Bureau of Counter Terrorism command experience, and a decade of active security operations behind the program.
One dedicated program director per client. When something goes wrong at 2:00 AM, you know exactly who to call, and they answer.
We do not sell tiers and work backward into coverage. We assess, design, then match to the tier and investment that fits the program.
Individual services solve specific problems. The MSSP program manages your entire security posture as one integrated program. You get senior-level leadership owning the program, a single point of accountability, coordinated operations across physical and cyber, ongoing threat monitoring, and predictable monthly cost. Individual services are transactional. MSSP is a strategic relationship. For most mid-market and enterprise clients, the MSSP model ends up costing less than the combined cost of fragmented vendors while delivering better outcomes.
MSSP pricing depends on the scope of the program, the tier selected, the size of the organization, and the active risk profile. Advisory-tier engagements typically start in the low five figures per month. Managed-tier engagements vary substantially based on the monitoring and operational scope. Integrated-tier engagements with active executive protection scale with the protection program itself. Every engagement begins with a consultation and a scoped proposal. We do not publish pricing because every program is tailored.
No. The MSSP program can integrate with existing vendors and internal teams. Many clients keep their current guard provider, camera system vendor, or IT security firm and use the MSSP program to coordinate and manage all of it under one operating plan. We also support scenarios where clients want us to replace specific vendors. The goal is an integrated program, not forced single-source.
Yes. Programs are structured to evolve with the client. A client that starts in the Advisory tier often moves to Managed as the organization matures. Clients in active high-risk periods sometimes temporarily move to Integrated. Annual reviews are the standard rhythm for program adjustments, and major risk changes or organizational events trigger interim reviews.
Your program director and on-call response team are your direct line. Incidents trigger our response protocol: immediate contact, situational assessment, coordination with law enforcement where appropriate, deployment of additional resources as needed, documentation, and after-action review. MSSP clients get priority response over project-based clients. One number, one team, one accountable owner.
Contact us to schedule a program consultation. The first conversation is an open discussion about your organization, your current posture, and what outcomes matter. From there we scope a baseline threat risk assessment, which becomes the foundation for the MSSP program plan and tier recommendation. Nothing is charged until the engagement is formally agreed.
Every MSSP engagement begins with a consultation. We learn the organization before we design the program.
